CCRC North Penn Eases Retirement Woes

Aging and retirement, while an exciting time of your life, can be very stressful to many. However, things can be much easier on you and your family if you enlist the services of a CCRC. North Penn is the perfect retirement location, where you can focus on living your life to the fullest. After all, isn’t that what retirement is all about?

Our facility is staffed with professionals that know how to assist you with your everyday living and needs. This is not a nursing home, by any stretch of the imagination. Like most any other continuing care community, North Penn locations provide large apartment homes and offer care plans based on your needs. Several other services are provided including:

  • Two daily meals (additional meals available if needed)
  • On-site laundry
  • Activity lounges to socialize with other residents
  • Entertainment programs
  • and much more...

Why an Independent Living Facility?

Despite popular belief, independent living facilities are not for the "old". Our services exist for those who may be wise in years but still young at heart. While we do offer nursing and care services at our CCRC, North Penn has a lot more to offer. With shopping facilities, movie theatres, etc. available in the surrounding area, you will never feel trapped. Our residents are free to come and go as they please, answering only to themselves. You can expect the same (if not better) level of service at the continuing care community North Penn residents trust with their loved ones lives. Come see it for yourself. Our location page has directions on how to get to our facility, or give us a call at 215-361-5600.

Nursing and Life Care Services

For those who need a bit more personal attention and care, we also offer services that will meet your needs. In such instances, we provide the resident with nursing suites instead of apartments. There is an option for both private and semi-private suites. However, since we are a continuing care community, North Penn can still be your playground, as you are still given more "run of the house" than you would have at a "nursing home".
